Then we custom the package to make sure it fits your exact wants and needs.

Caterpillar Package

Includes:

1 Initial in-person consultation (up to 3 hours)
Attendance at ALL vendor appointments
Additional interactions with you via telephone/email
1 Finalizing in-person meeting (up to 3 hours)
Wedding budgeting and Vendor payments
Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design
Research of wedding professionals

Cocoon Package

Includes:

1 Initial in-person consultation (up to 2 hours)
Attendance at 3 Vendor appointments
Follow-up with existing vendors via telephone/email
Additional interactions with you via telephone/email
1 Finalizing in-person meeting (up to 2 hours)
Research of 3 wedding professionals
Complete Butterfly Package

Butterfly Package

Includes:

1 Initial in-person consultation (up to 1 hour)
Development of a detailed timeline and/or floor plan
Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding
Rehearsal Day before wedding (Time allotted by Venue, Max. 3hrs)
Coordinating Vendors Day of Wedding and any day-of payments
Coordinating Ceremony
Timeline management for reception

Dreams Package

Includes:

1 Initial in-person Design consultation (up to 3 hours)
Venue location preview
Ceremony design draft
Reception design draft
Finalizing Design Meeting (up to 3 hours)
Favor packaging (Favors are not provided)
